Super TET & UPTET Prep ("we", "our", "platform") provides online practice for Super TET and UPTET examinations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

- Account data: Full name, district, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash — we never store plain passwords).
- Exam activity: Practice attempts, answers, scores and related metadata when you submit a test.
- Technical data: Browser type, device, and basic logs needed for security and performance.
- Optional: Push notification subscription details if you enable browser notifications.
3. How we use information
- Create and verify your student account (including email OTP)
- Show your results, answer keys and practice history
- Send result emails and optional paper notifications
- Improve content quality and platform security
- Comply with legal obligations where required
4. Data storage & security
Data is stored using secure cloud services (including Supabase) with access controlled by server-side APIs. Row Level Security and service-role keys are used so database credentials are never exposed in the browser. OTP codes are hashed and expire automatically.
5. Sharing
We do not sell student personal data. We may use trusted processors (email/SMTP, hosting, database) only to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Cookies & sessions
We use secure HTTP-only session cookies for login. Local browser storage may hold recent practice results on your device for a better experience.
7. Your choices
- You may request account-related updates via contact email
- You can disable browser notifications anytime
- You can clear site data in your browser settings
8. Children
This platform is intended for teacher-exam aspirants. If you believe a minor's data was submitted without consent, contact us for removal.
